PREAMBLE 1. These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Ioannis Rousseaux - Ilha a Pé, headquartered at Rua da Boa Nova 31, 9580-516 Vila do Porto, tax identification number 245366016, and contact +351 964 474 768, hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY" and individuals who wish to make purchases through the website www.ilhaape.com hereinafter referred to as "User".

2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.ilhaape.com will be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.

ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT 1. These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to provide and define all the necessary information to the User about the ordering, sale, payment, and provision of the service, made on the website www.ilhaape.com. These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to carry out the acquisition and ensure the follow-up of this service provision to the User.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER 1. The User places his order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.ilhaape.com, adding the product(s) or service(s) he wishes to reserve to the shopping cart:

To submit his order, the User must: a) Register on the website www.ilhaape.com, providing the information requested there. b) Log in (providing a combination of email and password chosen by the User at the time of registration). c) Complete the information and choose the options available to him throughout the order completion process (delivery and billing address, payment method, as well as the VAT number or Passport number and the name that, for tax purposes, he wishes to appear on the invoice).

3. The final confirmation of the reservation by the User constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.

4. The COMPANY will honor the reservations received online. In the absence of availability of the service provision, the COMPANY undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

5. The data on the invoice are the sole responsibility of the User. The invoice cannot be reissued with changes once issued.

6. If payment of the invoice is not received by the services within the indicated period, the reservation will not be guaranteed.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT

1. On the website www.ilhaape.com, the COMPANY offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay - Payment Institution Lda: a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);

2. PLACING EASYPAY LOGO AND BRAND LOGOS In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made to the User's card immediately after confirmation of the service provision capacity. If any of the reserved services cannot be provided, the value of these services will be credited to the User's card after the reservation is closed.

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTION

1. The availability of the service will be provided after confirmation of the payment made.

ARTICLE 5 - PRICES

1. Prices are in Euros, with taxes and duties included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.

2. If there is an increase in the price of any service, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to continue his reservation (by paying the difference) or to cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION AND RETURN

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by the COMPANY. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email ilhaape@gmail.com, and the cancellation or refund instructions will be responded to and defined by the COMPANY, through the same communication channel.

2. Whenever possible, the refund should be made by the same payment method, but if not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership, for the refund to be made by Bank Transfer.

3. The COMPANY undertakes to refund the User within a maximum period of 7 days.

The processing of your data is carried out in compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data. The data, subject to computer processing, will be included in the COMPANY's database(s) and are intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be provided by them.
