All booking cancellations must be explicitly requested by email. The following cancellation fees apply according to the notice given before the arrival date:
1 - More than 4 months before arrival: €30 administrative fee will be retained.
2 - Less than 4 months before arrival: 100% of the accommodation deposit will be retained.
